Assistant Systems Engineers

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for data center maintenance and support
- Provide support to internal and external system users
- Supervise support officers on shift and follow Service Desk and Incident/ Problem Management procedures
- Offer case follow-up, problem troubleshooting and perform root cause analysis
- Undertake system and network infrastructure enhancements if needed
Requirements:
- Degree holder in IT or related fields with minimum 1 year relevant working experience, preferably with Vendor certification (e.g. from Microsoft, Oracle and Cisco) and ITIL certification
- Experience in logistics industry or round-the-clock technical support will be an advantage
- Strong technical skills in UNIX administration especially Solaris and Linux and Oracle database administration
- Knowledge in J2EE based architecture (e.g. BEA WebLogic), and networking equipment is preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and hardworking, able to work independently and a good team player
- Shift duty and occasionally be on-call standby

Technical Services Manager

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage overall performance of equipment maintenance contractors so as to ensure the equipment serviceability meets the agreed service standard
- Liaise with external contractors on project activities so as to ensure equipment and other resources are properly deployed
- Liaise with internal user departments on their services requirement for the automatic Material Handling System and ground support equipment
- Propose continuous improvement projects for the Material Handling System and ground support equipment
- Take reasonable care for the safety and health issue and co-operate with the Management to comply with safety requirement
Requirements:
- Degree holder of Mechanical/Electronic/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 8 years post graduate experience, in which minimum 4 years in maintenance of automatic system and 2 years working experience at management/supervisory level
- Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD etc
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good communication skill and able to work under pressure
- Possess driving license (class 1 & 2) is preferable
- Candidate with less experience or lower qualification will be considered as Assistant Technical Services Manager

Officer - Warehousing Operation

- Assist the Duty Customer Services Supervisor to supervise a warehouse team at the air cargo terminal
- Answer customer enquiries and prepare reports
- Liaise with customer and sub-contractors on physical cargo operations and make sure all service standards are met
- Operate and maneuver equipment and computer systems in warehouse
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 1 year relevant experience
- Able to read and write in English and Chinese
- Basic computer knowledge in MS Word and Excel
- Hardworking, good communication skill, self-initiative and able to work under pressure
- Required to work on 24 hours shift duties, overtime work may be necessary
- Valid HK Driving License Class 1 & 2 is an advantage
- Candidate with higher qualification and supervisory experience will be considered as CS Officer
