Senior Technical Services Engineer |

| Responsibilities: |
| - | Report to Head – Building and Technical Services |
| - | Lead a maintenance team containing 50 members to ensure a reliable and round-the-clock operations of the Material Handling System (MHS) |

| - | Liaise with internal customers and external contractors on projects activities

| Requirements: |
| - | Degree holder in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related discipline with minimum 4 years’ relevant experience preferably in plant maintenance, MHS and contractor management |
| - | Knowledge in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD |
| - | Familiar with Simens’ step 5 and step 7 control system and metal works will be an advantage |

| Responsibilities: |
| - | Perform high-level management accounting function, including but not limited to financial analysis, forecast and costing model; and prepares for the Board of Directors, in support of decision-making
Liaise with auditors, bankers, airlines, consultants, tax representatives, Inland Revenue Department, Rating & Valuation Department and Airport Authority, etc
Prepare monthly and annual financial accounts in accordance with HKFRS (Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standards)
Monitor the functions of Accounts Receivable Section, including but not limited to, review of contracts, billing, discount provided and credit control matters
Coordinate projects of streamlining and system upgrading in Finance Department. Draws up user requirements for accounting system and cargo management system enhancement
Review accounting-related policies and procedures and initiates new ones if necessary
Perform other ad-hoc assignments when assigned

| Requirements: |
| - | Degree holder in Business Administration plus Grade C or above in HKCEE English or equivalent with minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience
Solid PC knowledge, especially in MS Excel
Experience in Epicor accounting software, VBA and SQL is a plus
Strong analytical skills & business acumen
Well versed in presentation skills & writing
Able to work under pressure and a good team player
