| Responsibilities: |
| - | Job Role: |
| - | Major role as Lead of training section to oversee and monitor training-related issues e.g. formulating training plans, course design, reviewing training policies and procedures, identifying training needs and progress monitoring, developing effective training solutions to support the learning and development strategy |
| - | Perform as internal trainer to conduct in-house training programs and closely work with other internal trainers for leading International Air Transport Association (IATA) accredited training courses for airline and external customers |
| - | Act as the company contact person with external organizations such as IATA, The Hong Kong Association of Freight Forwarding & Logistics Ltd (HAFFA), Civil Aviation Department (CAD), Labour Department, airlines, forwarders etc. for training coordination |
| - | Duties: |
| - | Lead the Training section and internal trainers for planning and implementing training programs that support company business goal |
| - | Establish strong partnership with line managers to identify the training needs, course design, training materials development, individual development planning and organizing and executing training initiatives |
| - | Implement and conduct executive and organizational development programs, cultural building programs such as supervisory/leadership skills training, Vision Mission Values training, Management Trainee program, staff induction etc. |
| - | Develop and deliver effective training solutions (e.g. e-learning solutions) and projects to support the learning and development strategy |
| - | Monitor the staff’s progress in accordance with the Staff Training & Development (STD) matrix and give suggestions for improvement and training effectiveness |
| - | Supervise the team to ensure the training data integrity and be responsible for related reports on training activities for management review |

| - | Prepare & monitor the training budget and expenses |
| - | Liaise with IATA for accredited school certification renewal and coordinate training programs for external / airlines e.g. DG training, Forklift training, CAD training etc. |

| Requirements: |
| - | Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline with at least 5 years’ experience in HR/Training including minimum 2 years' taking the trainer and supervisory role in a sizable firm |
| - | Sophisticated facilitation and presentation skills |
| - | Knowledgeable in developing various training delivery methods is preferred e.g. computer based, video, E-learning and on-line learning technologies |
| - | Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua will be an advantage |
| - | Proficient in MS office e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Chinese word processing |
| - | Good communication and leadership skills |
