For the Provision of Aviation Liability Insurance Cover - 2012/2013 (Period from 3rd July 2012 to 2nd July 2013) for Asia Airfreight Terminal Co. Ltd. (“AAT”).
AAT is a franchised air cargo terminal operator based at the Hong Kong International Airport. Tenderers shall hold valid Business Registration Certificate and be authorized by relevant Authority to carry out insurance broking business of the category of the Tender. Interested party shall contact us at least 1 day prior to collection of tender document. An authorized representative should attend in person with company chop, authorization letter and name card to collect the tender document and present with a non-refundable crossed cheque in the amount of HK$1,000 payable to “Asia Airfreight Terminal Co. Ltd.” Detail are as follows :-
Interested parties are cordially invited to visit and inspect the operation areas at AAT at 3:00 pm on 30 Apr 2012, the gathering point will be located at 6/F., Asia Airfreight Terminal, 10 Chun Ping Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau, Hong Kong. AAT reserves the right to negotiate with any tenderer about the terms of the offer. Selection of successful tenderer will be at AAT’s sole discretion.
