  • Report to Division Head or Senior Manager to support Sales & Marketing Division
  • Create and develop business relationship and commercial opportunities to increase the company’s income through existing and potential new clients
  • Identify new market opportunities & construct business proposal to secure the deals, contracts, as well as retain customers to achieve long term relationships & company’s business objectives
  • Provide professional sales & account management and customer services support to maintain excellent relationship with existing and new customers
  • Conduct financial feasibility studies/ analysis to evaluate the profitability of the business projects
  • Manage commercial contracts, tenders & business negotiation to achieve financials KPI
  • Develop effective sales & marketing strategies & solutions, customer presentations & proposals to meet customer needs
  • Develop new product/service initiatives to grow business
  • Plan and manage the business projects from concept to execution by cross-divisional collaboration
  • Plan and conduct regular marketing research to collect market/competitors’ intelligence to identify industry trend, opportunities & threats
  • Plan & manage the annual budget and business reports to monitor business performance
  • Closely cooperate and coordinate with internal customers, external customers of different nationalities & culture, and industry communities
  • Plan and develop sales/product/customer promotional activities to increase market awareness
  • Lead and manage regular customer meetings, customer visits and terminal tours to achieve business purposes
  • Willing to travel overseas for business conferences/ meetings (if applicable)
  • Undertake other job duties as assigned
  • Degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Management, Communications, Logistics or Aviation related disciplines
  • 5 years or above relevant working experiences, preferably in business development, business management, sales development, account management, marketing, commercial, or related areas
  • Candidate of less but relevant working experiences and potentials may also be considered
  • Relevant working experiences in third-party warehouse logistics (3PL), e-commerce logistics, air cargo logistics, aviation related industry, air freight forwarding, etc. will be highly preferable
  • Working experiences or exposure in international market or China market will be a plus
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Organized, meticulous, confident, hard-working, and willing to learn
  • Self Starter with initiative to innovate, change or develop into new opportunities
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to understand market and business intelligence for identifying opportunities
  • Strong sense of ownership and commitment
  • Sales oriented and result oriented
  • Excellent business acumen, with strong business analytical skills
  • Strong project planning & management skill, and handling multiple projects, assignments and duties
  • Good written and spoken of English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and good presentation and communication skills
  • Flexible to change and adapt to ever-changing market environment
  • High self-discipline and business ethnics
  • Good team player and good interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing. Knowledge of presentation tools or creatives design will be a plus.
  • Ability to work independently
