AAT Server Upgrade on 19 February (Monday) from 00:00 hours to 04:30 hours
Asia Airfreight Terminal (AAT) is committed to providing the best service for our valued airlines and their customers. In order to ensure the highest level of operational efficiency of our systems, we are going to conduct a server upgrade on 19 February 2018 (Monday) from 00:00 hours to 04:30 hours.
During the above period, our systems, including Cargo Management System (CMS), AAT Internet Management System (AIMS), Material Handling System (MHS) and Truck Control System (TCS) will be temporarily unavailable. Our operations will be conducted under manual procedures. In order to mitigate the impact on operations, we would like to seek your kind support for the following precautionary measures:
For Cargo Agents, Truckers, Consignees and Consignors
1) In order to facilitate the Customs Declaration process, please submit electronic house-waybill data (FHL) to AAT before 18:00 hours on 18 February 2018 for your inbound shipment booked on flights with STA scheduled on 19 February 2018 between 00:00 hours and 04:30 hours. 2) For the inbound shipments that need to be collected during the period of server upgrade, please send advance pre-alert messages to firstname.lastname@example.org before 18:00 hours on 18 February 2018 so that we can make prior arrangements.
1) In order to ensure your shipments are flown as booked, please submit the AWB documents and relevant EDI data such as FWB and FHL to AAT before 18:00 hours on 18 February 2018 for outbound shipments booked on flights with STD scheduled on 19 February 2018 between 00:00 hours and 04:30 hours.
For Customer Airlines
1) For inbound cargo that requires any special handling, please send advance pre-alert messages to email@example.com before 18:00 hours on 18 February 2018 so that we can make prior arrangements.
1) Please provide the final Cargo Booking Advice before 12:00 noon on 18 February 2018 for all flights with STD scheduled on 19 February 2018 between 00:00 hours and 04:30 hours. 2) Our colleagues will follow up with your teams to ensure smooth handling.
