Temporary Suspension of Material Handling System for System Upgrade on 5 Apr & 6 Apr 2026 - 11:00 – 13:30 (HKG Time)

To enhance system performance and service reliability, Asia Airfreight Terminal (AAT) will conduct a system upgrade during the following periods:

  • Terminal 1: 5 Apr 2026 (Sun), 11:00 – 13:30
  • Terminal 2: 6 Apr 2026 (Mon), 11:00 – 13:30

During the period, cargo retrieval will be handled manually, we kindly seek your support with the arrangement below to help minimize any impact on your operations:

Import Cargo Collection:

·        For cargo collection between 11:00 – 13:30 on 5 April 2026
→ Please notify AAT by 08:00 on 5 April 2026
 

·         For cargo collection between 11:00 – 13:30 on 6 April 2026
→ Please notify AAT by 08:00 on 6 April 2026

  • For flights with STD before 20:00 on 5 April 2026
    → Final Cargo Booking Advice (CBA) to be submitted by 18:00 on 4 April 2026

 

For flights with STD before 20:00 on 6 April 2026
→ Final Cargo Booking Advice (CBA) to be submitted by 18:00 on 5 April 2026
