To enhance system performance and ensure operational efficiency, Asia Airfreight Terminal (AAT) will conduct power system equipment replacement works for the Pallet Container Handling System (PCHS) at Terminal 2 in phases on 1 Jun, 8 Jun, 15 Jun and 22 Jun 2026, from 00:00 to 08:00 (Hong Kong Time).
During the work, part of the system will temporarily be operated in manual mode. To ensure continuity of operations and to minimise any impact on daily operations, we kindly seek your support with the following arrangements:
1. Cargo Agents, Truckers, Consignees and Consignors
For Import Cargo Collection: If you plan to collect import cargo during the system upgrade periods, please contact AAT 3 hours prior to arrival to facilitate handling arrangements.
2. For Customer Airlines (Export Cargo)
For flights with STD scheduled within the upgrade periods, please submit the final Cargo Booking Advice (CBA) according to the schedule below:

- Export cargo cutoff times remain unchanged. Please advise your cargo agents to deliver export cargo to AAT on time to ensure cargo uplifted as booked.
