When typhoon signal no.8 or higher is still hoisted at 1200 hours, the following special arrangements on storage charge would take place,
(a) The 48-hour free storage period would be extended by one 
     day if the storage charge has not been levied;
(b) The storage charge would be waived on that day if it has 
     been accumulated.
