Cargo Collection Procedure

Registered Vehicle: 

  • Declare the incoming purpose at the entrance gate

Single-entry Vehicle:

  • Declare the incoming purpose and collect the slip at the entrance gate. Proceed to the Facility Management Office on G/F with the entry ticket to apply for single entry

Registered / Single-entry Vehicle: 

  • Apply Shipment Release Form (SRF) and arrange truck dock allocation at Customer Services Counter on 1/F

Registered / Single-entry Vehicle: 

  • Collect the cargo at the designated truck dock, and conduct Customs Clearance if necessary

Registered Vehicle / Single-entry Vehicle: 

  • Present SRF to the security guard and complete the security checking at the barrier gate before exit AAT
