Accounting Officer
Accounting Officer
- Prepare monthly invoices including but not limited to handling charges, rental and any charge-back items
- Prepare weekly aging report and liaises with customers for outstanding amounts
- Handle enquiries of airlines or agents customers
- Handle system interface for sales transactions
- Assist in preparing periodic refund and providing requested documents to airline customers
- Prepare monthly journals for month-end closing for both AAT and AAS
- Provide support or guidance to assistants
- Ensure all relevant documentations are filled properly and systematically
- Perform ad-hoc projects when assigned
- Degree holder; or Diploma holder with 1 year's relevant experience; Holder of HKDSE or qualification equivalent to the standards of Level 3 or above in HKQF in related field with 2 year's relevant experience
- Grade E or above in HKCEE English or equivalent
- Solid PC knowledge, especially in MS Excel
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good communication and time management
- Candidates with less experience will be considered to take up a less senior position
