Responsibilities: 

The Customer Services Officer (CSO) Trainee Program offers a great opportunity to a promising career in the airfreight industry. Successful candidates will undergo a nine-month training program and become well versed with the core operations of the Company and be prepared to take up the role as one of our next generation leaders.

Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees will be appointed as Customer Services Officer and are responsible for leading teams to support the enhancement of operational excellence and service standard of the Company.

Program Curriculum & Highlights

  • On-the-job attachment in different operational sections
  • Classroom training in technical and management skills

Duties of CSO (Airline Services)

  • Perform export flight shipment manifesting matters in accordance with airlines requirement 
  • Ensure all flight data are created accurately  
  • Conduct Dangerous Goods checking, acceptance and rejection (Training will be provided) 
  • Ensure the export document are conformed to airline requirement and company procedure 
  • Ensure export shipment handling activities are carried out in accordance with airline requirements, company procedures, applicable regulations and service standards 
  • Liaise with airline representatives on flight handling details and other special requirements
Requirements: 
  • Tertiary education or with qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework (QF) Level 4
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and detail-minded in problem solving and decision making
  • A self-starter with initiative, positive attitude and willingness to try out new ideas
  • Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written
  • Good command of PC knowledge (e.g. MS Office)
  • Shift duty is required

Benefits: 

Monthly Package HK$17,000 after completion of probation

Staff will be entitled to $11,000 one-off bonus if he/she is promoted to Customer Services Officer

We offer the right incumbent attractive remuneration package including 5-day work week, double pay, performance bonus, medical scheme, life insurance, travel allowance and subsidy for recognition under the Qualifications Framework (QF).
