Position Reference: 
  • Report to Division Head/ Senior Managers to support Sales & Marketing Division
  • Identify new market opportunities & construct business proposal to secure the deals, contracts, as well as retain customers to achieve long term relationships & company's business objectives
  • Provide professional sales & account management and customer services support to maintain excellent relationship with existing and new customers
  • Lead and manage regular customer meetings, customer visits and terminal tours to achieve business purposes
  • Manage commercial contracts, tenders & business negotiation to achieve financials KPI
  • Conduct financial feasibility studies/ analysis to evaluate the profitability of the business projects/ cases
  • Develop effective sales & marketing strategies & solutions, customer presentations & proposals to meet customer needs
  • Develop new product/service initiatives to grow business
  • Plan and develop sales/product/customer promotional activities to increase market awareness
  • Plan and manage the business projects from concept to execution by cross-divisional collaboration
  • Plan and conduct regular marketing research to collect market/competitors' intelligence to identify industry trend, opportunities & threats
  • Plan and manage the annual budget and business reports to monitor business performance
  • Closely cooperate and coordinate with internal customers, external customers of different nationalities & culture, and industry communities
  • Undertake other job duties as assigned
  • Willing to travel to mainland China or overseas for business conferences/ meetings (if applicable)
  • Degree preferably in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Management, Communications, Logistics or Aviation related disciplines
  • 5 years or above relevant working experiences, preferably in business development, business management, sales development, account management, marketing, commercial, or related areas.
  • Relevant experiences in airlines, air freight forwarders, air cargo or e-commerce logistics, or aviation related areas will be a plus
  • Working experiences or exposure in international market or China market will be a plus
  • Candidate of less but relevant working experiences and potentials may also be considered
  • Sales oriented and result oriented
  • Strong business acumen, and good numerical & analytical abilities
  • Strong presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese, and fluent Mandarin speaking
  • Good planning & organization, attention to details, and strong sense of ownership & commitment
  • Outgoing, positive, energetic, creative
  • Conscientious, self-motivated, confident, hard-working, willing to learn and take initiatives
  • Flexible to change and adapt to ever-changing market environment
  • High self-discipline and business ethnics
  • Able to work independently and work under pressure.
  • Good team player and good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and Chinese word processing
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
