Marketing Administrations and Communications

  • Report to Marketing Managers  
  • Assist the Sales & Marketing Division in handling daily routine duties and preparing documents, including filing, issue purchase requisition and invoice processing, reporting, etc.
  • Ensure timely updates and delivery of latest news and information across marketing platforms such as website, mobile App, eDM, internal management systems and various promotional platforms to facilitate effective customer relationship management and promote market awareness.
  • Assist in implementing marketing communication plans, including updating social media platforms and online presence, website revamps, promotional campaigns, customer events, industry awards enrolments, collateral developments, etc.
  • Other job duties assigned

Business Support

  • Assist in account and sales management to enhance customer retention/acquisition
  • Coordinate all necessary internal and external meetings and assist in minutes taking
  • Prepare and provide on-site supports for meetings / warehouse visits.
  • Maintain and update client and stakeholder database, ensuring accurate and timely data input
  • Assist in market research and gather relevant data to support business planning
  • Other job duties assigned
  • Degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, Logistics or Aviation related discipline
  • 1 years or above working experience, preferably in administrations related areas
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered for Marketing Assistance
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent Mandarin is preferred
  • Proficient in MS office and Chinese word processing. Knowledge of Adobe and Photoshop will be preferable
  • Outgoing, self-motivated, positive with good interpersonal skill
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Good business, numerical and reasoning sense acumen
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and commitment to task and time
  • Good organizational and analytical skills
  • Good discipline and business ethics
  • Team player and able to work independently and flexibly
  • Candidate with more working experiences, or relevant experiences in aviation, logistics, e-commerce logistics industry has a definite advantage
