AAT Annual Inspection of Fixed Electrical System for Terminal 1 on 18 Feb 2026

AAT is committed to providing reliable service for our valued customers. To comply with statutory requirement for electrical safety and ensure the highest level of operational efficiency of our systems, we will conduct the annual inspection of fixed electrical system at Terminal 1 on 18 Feb 2026 (Wed), 09:00–18:00 HKT.

During the above period, power supply for part of the facilities will be temporarily affected. We kindly seek your cooperation to minimize the impact on your operations:

  1. For Cargo Agents, Truckers, Consignees and Consignors
    Please collect the physical import cargo from AAT as early as possible and deliver the physical export cargo to AAT on time to ensure smoother handling.

  2. For Customer Airlines
    • Import Cargo
    a. For import cargo that requires special handling (including temperature-controlled) with STA scheduled between 09:00–18:00 on 18 Feb 2026, please send pre-alert messages to our Service Control Centre via e-mail [email protected] 48 hours before flight arrival so that we can make prior arrangements.
    • Export Cargo
    a. For export cargo that requires special handling (including temperature-controlled) with STD scheduled between 09:00–18:00 on 18 Feb 2026, please send pre-alert messages to our Service Control Centre via e-mail [email protected] 48 hours before flight departure so that we can make prior arrangements.
    b.Submit final Cargo Booking Advice before 12:00 on 17 Feb 2026 (Tue) for flights with STD scheduled between 09:00–18:00 on 18 Feb.
    c. Export cargo cutoff times remain unchanged. Please advise your cargo agents to deliver export cargo to AAT on time to ensure cargo uplifted as booked.
