New Feature of AAT Internet Management System (AIMS) -
“Customs Queuing and Clearance Appointment”
Asia Airfreight Terminal (AAT) is delighted to introduce advanced “Customs Queuing and Clearance Appointment” functionality to AAT Internet Management System (AIMS) effective from 4 January 2023. The virtual queuing solution aims to streamline the process, allowing terminal users including truckers and freight forwarders to queue remotely while monitoring the status in real-time.
The new online queuing arrangement will be fully implemented by 18 January 2023. During the transition period (4 January to 17 January), AAT will cater to both manual and online queueing through AIMS new function in parallel.
