In consideration of increasing global concern and stringent requirements on aviation safety and security, to comply with the latest requirements under Section 7.3.16 “Driving license Verification” of the Transport Asset Protection Association – Facility Security Requirements 2020 (TAPA – FSR 2020), AAT will verify both the driving license and the personal identity of the persons who deliver or collect shipments at AAT effective from 1st November 2020.
The relevant persons must bring along their government issued photo-ID (e.g. passport or HKID card, etc.) and the driving license when delivering or collecting shipments to or from AAT. Any failure to provide valid documents of personal identity and driving license for verification will result in rejection of cargo delivery or collection.
