AAT Network Systems Upgrade during 12:00 - 13:00 on 22nd September 2025 (HKG Time)
Asia Airfreight Terminal (AAT) is dedicated to continuously enhancing our services to provide you with the highest levels of efficiency and reliability. As part of this commitment, we will be performing a scheduled network systems upgrade on 22ⁿᵈ September 2025 (Monday) from 12:00 to 13:00 (HKG Time).
During this period, the following systems will be temporarily unavailable:
(i) AAT COSYS+ Cargo Portal
(ii) AAT COSYS+ Mobile App
(iii) Truck Control System (TCS)
(iv) Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS)
Related electronic processes will be handled manually, which may require additional processing time. In order to mitigate the impact on operations, we would like to seek your kind support as follows:
For Cargo Agents and Consignees
➢ Import Cargo: In order to facilitate the Customs Declaration process for import shipment, please submit electronic house-waybill data (FHL) to AAT via AAT COSYS+ Cargo Portal before 11:00 on 22ⁿᵈ September 2025 (HKG Time).
All customers are required to re-login our systems after the completion of network systems upgrade.
