AAT Welcomes Air Seychelles

Asia Airfreight Terminal Co., Ltd (AAT) extends our warmest welcome to Air Seychelles which has appointed AAT as their cargo ground handling agent for cargo and documentation services at Hong Kong International Airport with effect from 25 March 2013.

Based in Mahé, the Republic of Seychelles, Air Seychelles operates scheduled domestic flights throughout the archipelago and international flights to Abu Dhabi, Johannesburg and Mauritius. With the successful launch of an inaugural flight to Hong Kong on 25 March 2013, Air Seychelles has started operation of the Mahé-Abu Dhabi-Hong Kong international route with an A330-200 aircraft three times a week.

Mr. Chan Yee Lin, General Manager of AAT, stated, “We would like to congratulate Air Seychelles on the significant expansion of its footprint to Hong Kong. We are excited by the vision of the airline and honoured to be chosen as its partner in its new venture to this part of the world.

It has also achieved Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series (OHSAS) 18001 and the Technology Asset Protection Association (TAPA) Class A Certification in recognition of its continuous effort to improve its management systems for employees’ health and safety, and cargo security respectively.
