- Lead the Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely and accurate billing, collection, and credit control
- Supervise the issuance of customer invoices, monitor credit facilities, and control aging balances
- Act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders on billing and payment enquiries
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, provide variance analysis and perform ad-hoc tasks
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Min. of 6 years' relevant accounting experience, ideally in AR or general accounting within a sizable organization
- Solid PC knowledge, especially in MS Excel, VBA
- Experience in MS Dynamic AX is preferred
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good communication and time management
- High sense of responsibilities
- Able to work under pressure
