Responsibilities: 
  • Perform export flight shipment manifesting matters in accordance with airlines requirement 
  • Ensure all flight data are created accurately  
  • Conduct Dangerous Goods checking, acceptance and rejection (Training will be provided) 
  • Ensure the export document are conformed to airline requirement and company procedure 
  • Ensure export shipment handling activities are carried out in accordance with airline requirements, company procedures, applicable regulations and service standards 
  • Liaise with airline representatives on flight handling details and other special requirements
Requirements: 
  • Diploma holder with 2 years relevant experience; or F.5 with 4 years relevant experience 
  • Good command of PC knowledge (e.g. MS Office) with fast and accurate typing 
  • Independent, Co-operative, self-initiative and able to work under pressure 
  • Overnight shift duties required
