Customer Services Officer (Airline Services) (是项资料只提供英文版本)
- Perform export flight shipment manifesting matters in accordance with airlines requirement
- Ensure all flight data are created accurately
- Conduct Dangerous Goods checking, acceptance and rejection (Training will be provided)
- Ensure the export document are conformed to airline requirement and company procedure
- Ensure export shipment handling activities are carried out in accordance with airline requirements, company procedures, applicable regulations and service standards
- Liaise with airline representatives on flight handling details and other special requirements
- Diploma holder with 2 years relevant experience; or F.5 with 4 years relevant experience
- Good command of PC knowledge (e.g. MS Office) with fast and accurate typing
- Independent, Co-operative, self-initiative and able to work under pressure
- Overnight shift duties required
