This marks the third consecutive year AAT has received this honour, solidifying its position as the premier cold chain logistics provider in the region.

The award strongly endorses AAT’s vision to not just handle cargo, but to guarantee the integrity of the region's most critical shipments—from life-saving pharmaceuticals to the freshest perishables.

Driving Excellence with COOLPORT and Integrated Solutions

A key driver of this recognition is AAT’s flagship COOLPORT facility, Hong Kong’s first on-airport cold chain centre with a temperature-controlled environment for the entire cargo handling process. COOLPORT sets the industry benchmark with unique capabilities, including ultra-low temperature storage down to -28°C for niche biotech and pharmaceutical products.

Further strengthening its commitment to innovation and reliability, AAT has recently extended this integrity through the integrated cool truck service leveraging the Air-Land Fresh Lane program. Premium perishables now transit through Hong Kong to Greater Bay Area will not only have first-priority handling at COOLPORT, but also via our GPS-tracked cool trucks moving under streamlined customs clearance processes and dedicated express route plying Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge directly to the market in Greater Bay Area, offering an end-to-end seamless premium cold chain service to customers.

The award is part of a broader celebration for the SATS Group, which received five Payload Asia Awards in total, including the Global Ground Handler of the Year for the fourth consecutive year and the Asia Pacific Ground Handler of the Year for multiple years.
