Customer Services Officer (Terminal Services) (是项资料只提供英文版本)
- Answer customer enquiries and prepare reports
- Co-ordinate with internal staff on related air cargo document
- Liaise with airlines, RHO, cargo agents and subcontractor on cargo build up and breakdown
- Maneuver mobile equipment in warehouse
- Diploma holder with 2 years relevant experience; or F.5 with 4 years relevant experience
- Good command of PC knowledge (e.g. MS Office) with fast and accurate typing
- Independent, co-operative, self-initiative and able to work under pressure
- Overnight shift duties required
