职责: 

Marketing Communications

  • Report to Marketing Managers and support the Sales & Marketing division
  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing communication plans, including managing social media platforms and online presence, website revamps, promotional campaigns, customer events, industry awards enrolments, etc.
  • Assist in developing of sales and marketing communication materials such as press releases, newsletters, leaflets, external notices and other collateral. Ensure timely updates and delivery of latest news and information across marketing platforms such as website, mobile App, eDM, internal management systems and various promotional platforms to facilitate effective customer relationship management and promote market awareness
  • Liaise and solicit with external parties such as Government bodies, Airlines, Associations to enhance the company's visibility and presence in the industry

Business Support

  • Assist in account and sales management to enhance customer retention/acquisition and foster strong customer relationships
  • Conduct market research for market insights to help explore new business opportunities and formulate effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Assist in preparing sales & marketing analysis for business planning
  • Support routine sales administrative works
  • Other job duties assigned
入职要求: 
  • Degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, Logistics or Aviation related discipline
  • 3 years or above working experience, preferably in branding, corporate communication, marketing or sales related areas
  • Candidate with less experience may be considered for Marketing Officer
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluent Mandarin is preferred
  • Proficient in MS office and Chinese word processing. Knowledge of Adobe and Photoshop will be preferable
  • Outgoing, self-motivated, positive with good interpersonal skill
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently
  • Good business, numerical and reasoning sense acumen
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Strong sense of ownership and commitment to task and time
  • Good organizational and analytical skills
  • Good discipline and business ethics
  • Team player and able to work independently and flexibly
  • Candidate with more working experiences, or relevant experiences in aviation, logistics, e-commerce logistics industry has a definite advantage
