- Assist in the implementation of sustainability initiatives to achieve the company's sustainability goals
- Engage stakeholders and collaborate across departments in preparation of annual ESG / Sustainability reports, sustainability assessment, and other relevant projects.
- Co-ordinate office-level sustainability programmes, such as waste reduction, recycling drives, and employee engagement activities.
- Nature a sustainability culture and work practices within the company
- Bachelor degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Geography or related disciplines.
- Minimum 2 years' relevant working experience of which a minimum of 1 year with hands-on expereience in undertaking environmental assessments.
- Experience in aviation sector / carbon audit / ISO 14001 will be advantage.
- Good command in MS office applications and project management software tools.
- Good leadership skill.
- Strong sense of ownership and self-motivation.
- Knowledge, skill and commitment to effectively manage and advance sustainability development in company.
